- On-chain data may be immutable; do not place raw personal data on-chain via the Services.
- We may provide tools to store and process data off-chain with configurable retention settings.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the Services.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
- No uploading malicious code or content.
5. Fees
Fees and billing terms depend on your selected plan and/or agreement. Taxes may apply where required.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Identity verification involves probabilistic signals; final decisions remain your responsibility.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ID VERIX LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for users, third parties, or our systems.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
